Why Train With Me?

I didn’t arrive here through a single course, certification, or weekend awakening. This work is the result of years of lived experience, deep personal transformation, unlearning, remembering, and devotion to the soul’s path. 

For many years, my focus was inward - navigating my own awakening, healing old layers, understanding energy through direct experience rather than theory. Only once that foundation was fully embodied did the call to teach emerge. My focus now is to share everything I’ve learned so far -  through lived wisdom, clarity, and compassion.

I teach what I know to be true because I have walked it myself.

Reiki Training Level I £150

​

Level I is the most important stage of this journey.

Not because of what you will do, but because of what you will begin to remember. This level is first and foremost for you. Before healing others, before techniques, before confidence - there must be space for your own healing, integration, and understanding. Level I gently opens that space. During this training, you’ll be guided to turn inward and begin working with energy in a way that is safe, grounded, and embodied. There is no pressure to rush ahead, perform, or “become” anything. This is not about fixing others. It’s about learning to hold yourself.

What You’ll Learn

​

In Level I, you will learn:

  • How energy moves through the body and energetic field

  • How to sense and work with energy gently and intuitively

  • The foundations of self-healing and energetic awareness

  • How to regulate and protect your own energy

  • How to create space for integration and rest

  • The full history and uses of Usui Reiki

  • How to trust in yourself and the energy available to you

Why This Level Matters

​

Many people feel an urge to heal others as soon as they awaken - often before they are fully grounded themselves. Level 1 intentionally slows that impulse.

Your own healing, clarity, and stability are the foundation for everything that follows. When you rush past this stage, it often leads to burnout, confusion, or energetic overwhelm. This level teaches you how to be with energy, not chase it.

Who This Training Is For

Level I is for you if:

  • You feel drawn to energy work but want a grounded, gentle approach

  • You’re at the beginning of your spiritual or healing journey

  • You’re sensitive to energy and want to understand it safely

  • You feel called to help others one day, but know you must begin with yourself

  • You want depth, not just information

No prior experience is needed - only openness and a willingness to slow down.

Reiki Training Level 2 £200

​

Level 2 is where understanding deepens and confidence begins to form - recommended 6 months after level I.

This level is not about becoming a “healer or practitioner” overnight. It’s about learning to hold energy with greater awareness, responsibility, and trust. By the time you arrive at Level 2, you’ve already spent time working with yourself. You’ve felt how energy moves through you, how it responds to intention, and how important grounding and self-awareness truly are. Level 2 builds on that foundation. This level brings maturity and refinement to your practice - not expansion for the sake of expansion.

What You’ll Learn

​

In Level 2, you’ll explore:

  • Working with energy at a deeper, more focused level

  • Strengthening your intuitive awareness and energetic sensitivity

  • Learning how to hold space for others safely and ethically

  • Understanding energetic boundaries and responsibility

  • Gaining clarity around when and how to offer healing to others

​

From Self-Healing to Supporting Others

​

While Level 1 is primarily inward-focused, Level 2 gently opens the doorway to working with others - when and if it feels right. There is no expectation to practice professionally or offer healing widely. Some students feel called to work with others immediately. Others continue integrating privately for some time. The emphasis remains on discernment, consent, and readiness -  not pressure or performance.

  • You’ve completed Level 1 and allowed time for integration

  • You feel steady and grounded in your own practice

  • You want to deepen your understanding rather than rush ahead

  • You feel drawn to support others, but value responsibility and ethics

  • You’re ready to trust your intuition more fully

Why This Level Is About Responsibility

With greater awareness comes greater responsibility.

I have direct lineage going back to Dr Usui Mikao. Each level includes a full student manual for you to take home with everything that we cover during the course, plus attunement & certification. Level I includes a healing from me, and I'll oversee you provide a healing in level II. Level 3 & 4 available for those wishing to turn this journey into their calling.

 

No prior knowledge is needed beforehand. I offer monthly Reiki shares for my students to gain hands-on practise. I'll be the right teacher for you if your intention is to step into your purpose, helping yourself first before others - rather than a side income.

I don't pre-arrange course dates, and instead offer them as and when enquiries arise.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your space - due two weeks beforehand.
