The energies are very heavy at the minute, and have been for the past few months. This is due mainly to a huge collective shift that we are experiencing as humanity's energy is shifting from a 3D vibration to 5D, 'The New Earth'. Planetary alignments and solar activity is playing a huge part in this, and we are all affected. So you're absolutely not alone if you're feeling them.
Symptoms you could be experiencing-
Feeling really down emotionally.
Feeling 'flat' like nothing is bringing joy.
Questioning your entire life-relationships/
job/friendships.
Feeling like you're not handling things as well as you normally do.
Getting stressed out by even the smallest of things.
Being irritated more than usual.
Wanting to start something new because you're searching for more purpose.
Yearning for a lifestyle that is different to what you know.
Struggling to find any happiness in your day to day life.
Trust me when I say 'it's not just you!'
This is a collective energy felt by many, especially those on this path or those who are sensitive to energies. If you're an empath, you'll absolutely be picking up on this too.
It's really heavy and affecting alot of people daily, even for working Mediums! The stage energy and connections are taking more work to bring spirit through as our energies are very flat and so it's harder to get that link.
We are in the process of a huge shift, and so everything seems to be feeling worse, BUT it will improve! And everything will eventually feel lighter and brighter.
-Don't make any rash decisions, or walk away from things important to you, as you may feel completely different once everything is restored to balance.
-Stay away from the news and media, it will only add to your already low energies. It's all doom & gloom.
-Get outside for some fresh air as much as you can...everything feels better when you step out of your usual surroundings and spend some time in nature. Sounds simple but it really does work wonders to raise your vibration.
-Be mindful of the music you're listening to. Music has its own vibration and can also affect our energy
